Prior to TSR Partners, Victor started and managed the Growth Enterprise Fund, a private equity fund that invests in high potential small-and-medium enterprises on behalf of the Singapore government’s enterprise development agency. He started his career as a serial entrepreneur in various industries – financial services, energy, and education, amongst others – before becoming a finance professional, initially in a boutique corporate finance advisory and consulting firm involved in over 70 small- to mid-market deals across the Asian region. In his spare time, Victor is/has been advisor to numerous start-ups and non-profit organizations over the years, and is passionate about developing future business and community leaders.
Lim Wee Bin
Prior to TSR Partners, Wee Bin was a successful banker with international banking experience spanning almost three decades. Wee Bin began his career in commercial banking, but soon moved into investment banking roles with N M Rothschild and UOB. Wee Bin’s last stint in banking was with OCBC, where he joined the bank to set up and lead the investment banking origination unit, following his success in building a similar team at UOB. Wee Bin has extensive experience and networks in debt and equity markets, and has been involved in securities issues, M&A, and proprietary investments of mid-market to large cap deals across multiple industries and asset types.
Lee Chee Hoe
Chee Hoe has over 30 years of experience in engineering-related fields. He started his career as a naval technical specialist, before joining several engineering MNCs, including companies such as Philips and Ericsson, in technical sales and managerial positions. An entrepreneurial individual, Chee Hoe also has experience working for a Canadian engineering start-up, helping them to establish their sales channels in China. Chee Hoe currently splits his time between Singapore and China, consulting for numerous Chinese companies on technical projects, from the conceptualization stage all the way to implementation, with a particular interest in the fields of visual and advanced sensor technology, and in microelectronics. Aside from his training as an engineer, Chee Hoe also holds a MSc in Applied Economics from the National University of Singapore.
